Candente

Designed with a fusion of Hispanic and local influences, Kevin Tietz and Philip Ewald Architects partnered with Iron Horse Builders to construct another Houston restaurant favorite. 
 
Every detail of the space is crafted to evoke the excitement and flair that defines Candente’s cuisine. From the dynamic kitchen layout, showcasing a wood-burning grill, to the inviting bar stretching along the front, energy infuses every corner. Vibrant accents of red and burnt orange punctuate the design, complementing copper finishes and a floor-to-ceiling glass wall facing Richmond Avenue.
 
From inception to completion, the seamless coordination and communication between Client, Architect, and our Construction Team provided for another timely and efficient project.
