Kayla Barton joined Iron Horse Builders in early 2019 as Project Administrator after graduating Cum Laude from Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston with a degree in Accounting. With her extensive background in customer service and management, Kayla has since risen to the role of Accounting Manager.
She oversees the accounts payable and receivable departments, ensuring that our Project Managers are organized and timely with their monthly billing. Kayla maintains clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, effectively managing the entire financial process.
Beyond her financial responsibilities, she serves as our office controller, overflow project coordinator, and team event planner. Kayla’s involvement in every aspect of our company makes her an irreplaceable member of the Iron Horse Builders family.
