Urban Offices

This unique design of a corporate office environment included constructing numerous small individual offices complemented by a large communal space designed for tenant enjoyment. This project required a strategic approach to design and construction, ensuring functionality, comfort, and compliance with all relevant building codes and accessibility standards.

The individual office spaces were tailored to meet the needs of tenants seeking minimal office setups for their businesses. Each office was thoughtfully designed to maximize space efficiency while providing a comfortable and private working environment. In addition to these offices, we created a large communal area featuring a fully equipped breakroom, quiet spaces for focused work, and dedicated coordination and meeting spaces. This communal area fosters collaboration and community among tenants, enhancing the overall work environment.

Throughout the project, we maintained open communication with the client and adhered to strict timelines to deliver a space that met their vision and requirements.
