New Construction for Class A Office Space
This 7,000 SF of commercial “shell” space had a time requirement of two months – to be constructed, permitted and ready for occupancy. Complete with top of the line finishes and substantial connectivity, this compressed schedule was met by open communication with the client and establishing subcontractor milestones and goals.
